We know that celebrities can get pretty much any pro to come right to their house for any beauty service, whether it’s a bangs trim, makeup for a red-carpet event, or a buccal massage. But when Tina Knowles—entrepreneur, Beyoncé‘s mother, and all-around queen—needed to spruce up her brows, we didn’t expect her go-to expert to be her granddaughter, Blue Ivy Carter.
On Monday, April 14, Knowles posted an adorable video to Instagram in which her brows initially look very bold—but that’s only because Carter is applying a tint.
“My beauty guru and my manager, Miss Blue Ivy Carter, has instructed me that I needed to dye my eyebrows because they have little gray strings in ‘em,” Knowles says straight to camera with an appalled look on her face, followed by laughter from both of them. “And so that’s what she’s doing. And I can’t wait to see the end results ’cause right now I look like Dracula’s mama or somebody. ”
A moment later, we see the flawless outcome. “Usually I have to get up and put eye shadow on my brows, but…look at these hands, look at these hands, look at these hands. Magical hands,” she says, pointing out Carter’s gorgeous textured blue French manicure.
“Look at my brows! I can’t get over that,” Knowles says as she strokes her now perfectly blonde eyebrows. “I can just get up and go.”
